Alex Lee oversees all financial operations, SEC reporting, and capital structure management for Aetherium Acquisition Corp. His background spans public company finance, audit, and transaction advisory, with particular depth in SPAC lifecycle accounting and trust fund management. Prior to joining Aetherium, Alex served as VP of Finance at a publicly traded fintech platform and held senior audit roles at Deloitte, where he led engagements for technology and financial services clients across the US and Asia. Alex is a CPA and CFA charterholder, and he brings rigorous financial discipline to every stage of the SPAC process, from IPO through de-SPAC and beyond.
