Jonathan Chan founded Aetherium Acquisition Corp with a mandate to identify and bring high-growth technology companies from Southeast Asia to the NASDAQ exchange. With over two decades in cross-border M&A and capital markets, he has led transactions exceeding $2 billion across the Asia-Pacific region. Before founding Aetherium, Jonathan served as Managing Director at a bulge-bracket investment bank, where he built the firm's ASEAN technology practice and advised on several landmark public listings in Singapore and Hong Kong. Jonathan holds an MBA from Wharton and is a frequent speaker on SPAC structuring, emerging-market capital formation, and the role of technology in Southeast Asian economic development.
