Sarah Patel leads Aetherium's legal function, managing SEC compliance, corporate governance, and the complex regulatory frameworks that govern SPAC transactions. She has structured and negotiated over $1.5 billion in public market transactions, including IPOs, business combinations, and cross-border mergers. Before joining Aetherium, Sarah was a partner at an international law firm where she chaired the SPAC and capital markets practice group, advising blank-check companies and their sponsors through the full transaction lifecycle. Sarah holds a JD from Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. She is known for her ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments with precision and pragmatism.
