About the role
As an Investment Analyst at Aetherium Acquisition Corp, you will play a central role in identifying, evaluating, and executing transactions involving technology companies in Southeast Asia. You will work directly with senior leadership to develop investment theses, conduct rigorous due diligence, and support the execution of business combinations.
What you will do
You will build detailed financial models to assess target company valuations, analyze market dynamics across ASEAN technology verticals, and prepare materials for investment committee review. During active transactions, you will coordinate due diligence workstreams and contribute to the negotiation and structuring of definitive agreements.

You are analytically rigorous, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You have a genuine interest in Southeast Asian markets and technology business models. You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and work effectively across time zones and cultures.
