About the role
As Vice President of Corporate Development, you will be Aetherium’s senior deal professional in Asia-Pacific, responsible for sourcing acquisition targets, leading transaction execution, and ensuring successful post-close integration. Based in Singapore, you will operate at the intersection of Southeast Asian technology markets and US capital markets.
What you will do
You will build and maintain a proprietary pipeline of technology companies across Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Singapore. When opportunities advance, you will lead negotiations, manage multi-jurisdictional due diligence, and coordinate the complex legal and regulatory processes required to bring Southeast Asian companies to the US public markets.
Who you are
You are a seasoned dealmaker with deep roots in Southeast Asian markets. You understand the cultural nuances, regulatory frameworks, and business practices that define successful transactions in the region. You are equally comfortable presenting to a board in Greenwich and negotiating terms with a founder in Jakarta.
